| Why do people find it easier to believe in demons than to believe in angels? Of course, that can be a good thing. After all, the world hasn't really believed in the supernatural at all for hundreds of years now. And that's because the supernatural was keeping quiet. They didn't want to be believed in. But angels - angels because the legends of religion. They were only thought of as the statues, the winged babies on church walls. Nobody remembered the truth - that angels had no connection at all to a higher power, that they were just another species sharing this earth. Everyone forgot, and the angels let them. But the fight continued, because the legends had got one thing right - angels and demons were on opposite sides. Not because of some heavenly war, but because of a natural, inbuilt animosity. And so, quietly, away from the sight of humans, angels and demons carried on. But now, the world is changing. Now spirits can be seen by all. Now lycanthropes have declared themselves to the world on national television. The supernatural is restless, and they are rising. Now is the time, the time that old enemies no longer need to fight in the shadows. Now is the time to emerge into the light. |

The world just got a dose of the supernatural, and one that it's still reeling from. It's starting to have to deal with the fact that on Halloween, the veil between the spirit world and the living was pulled back--and that veil never got dropped back into place. World wide, opinions are being flung around, rights activits are popping up, and a shadow organization is starting to get their fingers in as many pies as possible. Which includes 'educational' field trips to haunted locations, to try and educate america's teenagers on the new elements in the world. One such field trip is scheduled for Marquette Senior High School soon. Praelitis is starting a new plot arc soon, and we're looking for teenagers to join in the fun! Now's the time to join up with them, there's still a little time before it launches so people can get established! Welcome to Eidolon City - a place of contrasts, where nothing is quite what it seems and everyone has a goal. For some, that goal is simple: survival. For others: to succeed.
